Gary Glabe is the founder and master electrician behind Glabe Electric. After serving his country in the U.S. Air Force, Gary brought that same discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence into the electrical trade. With over 40 years of hands-on experience spanning nuclear, residential, and commercial electrical work, Gary built a reputation for honest, high-quality craftsmanship long before starting his own company. He founded Glabe Electric 25 years ago and relocated the business to Southwest Florida in 2019, where the family has continued to grow and serve the local community.

Anna Clayton is the heartbeat of Glabe Electric's day-to-day operations. As Gary's daughter, she stepped in to keep everything running smoothly — bringing her own drive and determination to the role. With no prior office experience, Anna jumped in headfirst and quickly mastered everything from scheduling and permit requests to bookkeeping, customer service, and answering the phones. She is the first voice many customers hear and the steady hand that keeps the team organized and on track. When she's not keeping the office humming, Anna is a devoted mom of two who loves spending time with her family, staying active, soaking up the Florida beaches, and cheering her kids on at their activities.
